When we are commissioned for a build, we will try to arrange a meeting with the client, or, failing that, will get in touch with them through e-mail or by telephone. In this meeting we will discuss the client’s particular needs, and the possible system configurations with them. We will be happy to build a system for a client who knows what they want, but feel they lack the expertise to do it themselves, and we will also guide clients who are open to suggestion through the selection process. We will then get in touch again to give a quote on the rough price of their system.The quoted price of their system includes software and hardware installation, delivery, set up and 90 days full support after delivery. If the client feels that they want to continue, we will then start to build the system, providing a rough time frame and more accurate information about the build’s progress via e-mail. Once the build is finished, we will get in touch with the client for a suitable time to deliver and install the new computer.
